What we collect
When you join or use the member area, we collect the account details you provide — your name, email, school, and division — along with membership payment records. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We also use privacy-preserving analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to administer your membership, send association communications (such as renewal and voting reminders), and improve the site. You can opt out of renewal reminder emails from your profile.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our email, payment, and analytics providers — and only as needed to deliver those services.
Your choices
